Coming soon: iCloud sync for your recipes between your iPhone & iPad!

Create your very own cookbook using The CookBook!

The CookBook saves all your recipes on your iPhone. Remember those old-fashioned printed cookbooks? We dont.

However, we recommend you to protect your iPhone in case of splashing, spraying, cooking, freezing, or explosion in your kitchen.

• The CookBook has some pretty pixels, but its also really easy to use.

• Copy & paste your recipes found on the Internet, received via email or from your notes to The CookBook.

• Take a picture to illustrate your new recipe, but you also can select an image from your devices library.

• Choose one of the 4 categories: Aperitif, Starter, Course & Dessert. Your cookbook is always well organized.

• Set preparation and cooking time of your dish to find them at a glance. You can also set up the number of servings & the thermostat of your oven.

• Share your recipes with friends using emails, Facebook, Twitter & Tumblr!

• Print your recipes from The CookBook thanks to AirPrint!

Very disappointing...
Im sorry but I expected way more... For a 5 star rating it should really get worked over. Right now its wasted money and to be honest, I want my money back. Where to start. Its a bit confusing, if you have many recipes, you cant even sort by categories. Its only 4 categories required, you cant add or edit categories. No shopping cart, even not a checkbox as shopping help for the ingredience! Only one pic possible, but better than none ;) Ingredience and ingredience list are very unclear, you have to scroll down for the most important informations. For pepairing informations you have to scroll all the way down to the bottom and to open another menu! Sharing buttons are not the most important things for recipes. An evernote sync would be great, but thats not even included in my rating right now... I dont like to say I dont like it, Im sorry. Work on it and I will rate better ;) Thats enough to do right now...
Great but needs backup
i would give it 5 stars if it had an option to back up your recipes :)
Nice start!
Would be nice if we could sort recipes by category.
Not worth!
Really nice look but it is not possible to group receipes into category.
Does Not Transfer to Computer
This can be a very handy app for those who have unique recipes or rare recipes. However, the application does not sync that information to your computer. So, if something were to happen, or you had to change ipods or iphones for whatever reason, all of the recipes that you have added to your ipod/iphone will be lost, and you will have to start over again. If this is read by the people who created this app, please add a way for the recipes that you have entered to be transfered to the computer via sync incase you have to reload the app.
